Sea View Residences
The project consists of a complex of three independent residences located in the Panorama area of Voula, Attica, on a sloping site overlooking the Saronic Gulf.
The architectural concept is shaped by the site's steep topography, leading to the arrangement of the three residences on successive levels that follow the natural terrain. This approach minimizes the visual impact of the development while ensuring unobstructed sea views and privacy for each dwelling.
The composition is defined by clean geometric volumes, generous openings, and a contemporary material palette combining exposed concrete, glass, and natural finishes. Large glazed surfaces enhance natural daylight and establish a strong visual connection between the interior living spaces and the surrounding landscape.
A shared underground parking level serves the complex, allowing the ground plane to remain open and landscaped. The outdoor spaces are organized around private gardens and three swimming pools, creating a seamless transition between architecture and nature. The overall design aims to balance functionality, privacy, and a harmonious integration with the hillside setting.
