SARANTAPOROU OFFICE

This five-storey office building introduces a contemporary workplace within the dense urban fabric of Marousi. Defined by clean geometries, horizontal floor plates, and landscaped terraces, the project promotes a strong connection between workspaces and nature.

Vegetated balconies, a planted rooftop, and a central landscaped courtyard enhance daylight, natural ventilation, and user well-being, while contributing to the building’s bioclimatic performance. Metal screens and shading elements provide depth to the façades, creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow throughout the day.

The project combines sustainability, functionality, and architectural clarity, offering a modern working environment shaped by greenery, comfort, and timeless design.
