Residence in Mikrolimano

This contemporary residential complex is defined by clean geometries and a restrained architectural expression. The building unfolds across multiple levels as a composition of simple volumes, emphasizing horizontality through a series of layered and offset balconies.

The architectural concept is based on the repetition and displacement of these outdoor spaces, which serve both as a defining formal element and as a filter for privacy, shading, and environmental comfort. Integrated planting softens the building’s geometry and enhances its bioclimatic performance, creating a transitional zone between the residences and the urban environment.

At the upper level, a lightweight shading structure crowns the composition, clearly defining the rooftop space while maintaining the visual lightness of the overall volume. A palette of neutral materials reinforces the project's timeless character, allowing the building to integrate harmoniously within the dense urban fabric of Mikrolimano.
